As we approach our first full year of operation, our leadership team has been making moves to expand our storage capabilities. We are currently working on plans for a building near our Pearce Avenue facility. Building an additional facility, with more than quadruple the storage volume space as our current warehouse, will allow us to be more competitive. Volume-based pricing and recent material shortages are encouraging this expansion, while a successful opening year will help make it possible.
